*Nahte's shuttle speeds through Mustafar's orbit. Nahte had finally managed to escape and was trying to put as much distance between him and his pursuers as he could. Unfortunantly a passanger shuttle outrunning a small cargo ship made for smuggling was a near impossible task. In Mustafar's orbit, Nahte's pursuers finally caught up to him and shot him down.
AHHHH!!
*The impact of turbo lasers sends the small shuttle rocketing towards Mustafar*

*The smugglers' cargo ship makes it's way into Mustafar's orbit.*
=Smuggler 1=
He's around here somewhere, find him! Full sweep of Mustafar's orbit.
=Smuggler 2=
Sir, we've located him. Locking turbo lasers.
=Smuggler 1=
FIRE ZE LAZERS!!!
*The turbo lasers hit Nahte's shuttle and send it rocketing towards the planet.*
Good work. Now let's pick up the pieces. If our prize wants to try and escape us, we'll just have to teach him a lesson for embarrassing us.
*The ship makes it's way down to the planet's surface.*

*The Lightning Fury exits hyperspace, having made stops at both Eriadu, and then Sullust, and not finding any tracers or followers at either stop Arligan had finally plotted a course to the Mustafar System. Popping out of hyperspace in a high orbit, Arligan sets a course for the Abandoned Jedi Academy, thinking it would be a likely place for them to meet with Salkar.*

*The Republic shuttle carrying Lara, Nahte, Leiah, and Alex rises up from the abandoned Jedi Academy and into orbit* "Well Lara, I think we can scratch Mustafar off our list." *The others wouldn't know what he was referencing, but Lara would. He looks over the local starchart. Nahte still needed medical attention, and the nearest Republic planet where he could get attention was an outer-rim world called Utapau. He didn't know much about the planet other than Admiral Carth Onasi's fleet was once stationed there. It was as good a place as any other. He sets a course and the shuttle lurches into hyperspace*

*Salkar jumps out of hyperspace and takes up orbit around the planet after noticing the Fury. Salkar took the Ky'ram to Manaan, Corellia, and then Hoth before backtracking to Mustafar. He opens up a comm with the Fury*
::Alor, do you read me?::

*Cassus was becoming impatient, Skirata had less than an hour to show before they left. They couldn't risk the rendezvous being compromised. Finally the comm beeps and Skirata's voice comes over the comm. Cassus presses the reply button*
::I read you, Skirata. What took you so long? Problems?::
*Cassus mutes the comm and leans over to Arligan*
"Keep the weapons systems on standby until we know what we're dealing with. Run a full scan of his ship, make sure he's alone and see if you can pick up any tracers."

"You could say that, I ran into someone working with Vhon. He put tracers on my ship, I'm sure I got them all. But we've got bigger problems, Vhon wants you dead"
*Salkar stops there and leaves the implication that it's just Cassus as he doesn't want him to know that he was the one sent to kill Arligan*

::A few thugs on Nar Shaada, probably Exchange. A thug tried recruiting me; Tannan, I used to work with that guy. There's another thing::
*Salkar sighs over the comm*
::...He wants Arligan's head...and he wants me to bring it to him::

*As the two chat, Arligan runs the scans as he warms up the weapons and shields systems. Getting the response at the moment that Salkar notes about Arligan's head. At this point, he decides to perk up to Cassus, momentarily muting the comm so Salkar can't hear*
"There's a tracking beacon on his ship, strong enough to follow through a jump. If we have more then an hour to get out of here I'll be surprised... I can vouch for Salkar buir, I trust him."
*At that, he looks back to his comm display, unmutiing it so Cassus can continue. He sits back silently, wondering why Vhon would want his head too. He smirks, he already was enjoying being a Fett more*

*Cassus looks over at his son and nods. So Skirata hadn't gotten them all afterall. If this Tannan guy had been working with Vhon like Skirata had said, and that it was him who planted the tracers - then Vhon would be on his way.*
"If you vouch for him, ad'ika, then that's good enough for me."
*They didn't have time to land on the surface, go through Skirata's ship to find the tracer, dispose of it, and then leave. Not by Arligan's estimation at least - which was liberal at best. And Cassus would not just leave Skirata in the dust. Cassus runs through the scenarios in his mind, and settles on the one that he knew Bralor would have objected most to - that's how he chose all his good ideas. He unmutes the comm again and responds to Skirata*
::Well we obviously can't have that. Arligan's picked up a signal coming from your ship - looks like you missed one. By our estimates we've got less than an hour to act before Vhon arrives. Obviously we can't head to a different system, cause Vhon will just follows us there. And we don't have enough time to tear your ship apart and put it back together again on the surface. So that leaves us with the option of ending this here and now. This is what we'll do....::
*Cassus runs through the plan with Arligan and Skirata, making sure that they understood the finer points, they then prepare for the upcoming strike against Vhon*

(Full post here) *The Parjai drops out of hyperspace and comes to a near stop directly over Skirata's ship, the Adenn Kyr'am. The massive warship looms over the tiny armed freighter - it's weapons trained on its location* "Commander, I'm not reading anything on sensors. The tracking beacon is the only thing broadcasting. It's as if the ship is just dead. We have visual confirmation."*Vhon pulls up the image of the Kyr'am on the bridge tactical HUD - it was just floating there in space lifeless. Kom'rk grips his fist and slams it against the armrest on his command chair* "Where are they!?" *Had Fett realized Skirata's deception? Or maybe he had detected the tracking beacon and decided to take care of the problem the only way he knew how. But firing on one of his own didn't sound like Fett - even if he was a crazy shabuir. Vhon zooms in on the Kyr'am - there was no noticeable damage on the hull. Something was not right. Fett was here, he could smell it* "Deploy the fighters. Search the area. Fett has to be here somewhere!" *Orade nods and sends the order to the hangar bay. The main hangar doors on the belly of the the huge ship slide open and a squadron of Davaab-class Mandalorian Starfighters scream out of the opening and head for the Kyr'am to begin their search*

*As the Davaab-Type Starfighters roar out of the Hangar of the Parjai, Arligan, within the powered down and dead Lightning Fury, smiles quietly as the massive Mandalorian warship floats above them. He looks over at Cassus, his thumb ready on the power up switches, waiting for the order*

*Cassus watches the Parjai jump out of hyperspace right above them and go straight for the bait. The only lights in the Fury's cockpit were the blue and green visor backlighting of Cassus's and Arligan's respective helmets. As soon as the Davaabs pour out of the hangar, Cassus presses the comm button on the console in front of him*
::Skirata! Now!::
*Cassus then turns to Arligan*
"Punch it."

*Arligan grins like a wolf as Cassus tells him to go, he jams the button to bring the Lightning Fury back to life. As the 21 Ion Engines explode with power, the Fury goes from floating to roaring towards the Parjai, the two men being pushed back into their seats hard even with the inertial compensators active and at full.
The Fury roars into the Hangar of the Parjai, the two Heavy double rotating cannons opening fire immediately as the Fury enters the area, spinning in a literal circle as the cannons roar. Completing the 360 degree zone clearing fire, the Fury lands on it's landing struts.
Within, Arligan unclips from his seat, not waiting for his Buir's orders he unstraps his sniper rifle from a side armory in the hall and heads for the landing door, not opening it until Cassus joins him, looking around him, he notes the several Ramser that have continued to join them on this voyage. He nods, knowing all of them were prepared for what was to come.*

(Full post here) *As the enemy ship powers up the fighters instantly go after it, on the Bridge Kom'rk yells out orders* ::Garrote Squadron, take out his engines and weapons!:: *The starfighters weave and dodge around the ship as it turns around and starts firing at the much more agile ships. They quickly dart around in a frenzy, only one getting caught by Salkar's laserfire. They then reorganize into a scattered formation and begin tapping away at the Loyal Mando's shields*

*Salkar continues to weave around the shooting fighters, his shield losing power at every connecting blast. He manages to trigger the subroutine he created to draw power away from weapons and transfer it into the shield. He continues to weave around the Parjai when he notices the Fury get sucked out of the Hangar Bay. Salkar quickly patches into the comm system*

*Salkar swings the Ky'ram around and heads straight towards the Hangar Bay. With the shields down and the airlock not shut, Salkar makes it clear into the Hangar, taking a few hits along the way*
