*The Black Vapor exits hyperspace and enters Alderaan's orbit. Inside the small Alderaanian fighter is Alexander Organa. Former Jedi Knight, former Sith Lord, and currently the only prince of Alderaan over the age of three. And he was nearly dead. By all accounts he should have been dead already. He had been stabbed through the chest with a Sith lightsaber. People didn't really recover from that . It was only by the will of the Force and the aide of Master Vandar Tokare's spirit that Alexander still clung to life. Vandar's ghost had given him a mission... to seek out Master Vrook on Alderaan. Alex had no idea where to start, but this was his home... or at least he thought it was. It was so hard to keep his thoughts steady. His memories were like flashes. And he knew not all of them were his own memories, but that of Darth Talik. He needed help. And for that he needed to land* "Begin landing sequence.... gahh.... Palace." *Alex closes his eyes. The pain was unbearable. He had nearly passed out several times during the journey. It was only Vandar's words that kept him going.* :Initiating decent.:*The Black Vapor breaks from it's holding pattern above the pristine blue and green planet and heads for the Royal Palace*

*A massive Sith invasion force drops out of orbit*
Sith Force comprised of:
Fleet 1: Under the Command of Exar Kun * 3 Centurion-class Battlecruisers * 15 Interdictor-class Cruisers * 2 Derriphan-class Battleships
Fleet 4: Under the Command of Freedon Nadd * 2 Centurion-class Battlecruisers * 10 Interdictor-class Cruisers * 5 Derriphan-class Battleships
*Aboard the Avenger, Exar Kun looks on at the peaceful pearly blue planet*
"Begin jamming procedures. I don't want a signal getting out. Fan the fleets out, type seven blockade - no ships are getting past us. Launch all fighter squadrons and prepare to engage resistance vessels."
*The two fleets encircle the planet on all sides, creating a grid with fighters deployed between each warship*
"No Republic Fleet... just as our spies indicated. So confident were they. Not anymore. Begin troop deployment."
*Exar Kun's orders are carried out and each ship sends down Herald-class shuttles and KT-400 class Droid Carriers to the surface to begin the invasion*
"Have the dockhand prepare my shuttle. I'll be going down myself."
*Without waiting for a response from Admiral Amanti, Kun strides off the bridge and heads for the hangar*
*A few minutes later, Kun's shuttle launches from the Avenger and heads down toward Aldera City*

*12 Aldera fighters scream from the surface into orbit. The Sith Armadas have the planet completely surrounded, with fighters everywhere to prevent exactly what this squadron was hoping to do - escape and get help. The most direct route leads closest to a Centurion-class Battlecruiser -- the Avenger*
=Gold Leader= ::Okay boys, you heard the orders. Make a run for it and let Coruscant know what's happening.::
=Gold 2= ::Dear god, look at the size of that thing.::
=Gold Leader= ::Cut the chatter, Gold Two. I'm going to fly across their axis and try to draw their fire. Gold Five, you're with me.::
=Gold 3= ::But what about those turret towers?::
=Gold 5= ::You worry about those fighters, I'll worry about the tower.::
=Gold Leader= ::Get a move on it, we're only gonna get one shot at this!::
*Gold Leader and Gold 5 break off and head for the Avenger in an attempt to draw the Battlecruiser's attention as the rest of the Squadron makes a run past the Sith fighters. Midway through, Gold Leader is hit by turbolaser fire*
=Gold Leader= ::I'm hit! I'm going down. Line yourself up for the next attack run! Ahhhhhhhhh!!!::
*Gold Leader's fighter bursts into flames and Gold 5 swoops down and blasts at the turbolaser tower that just killed his ally, taking a few hits from a pursuing Sith Fighter*
=Gold 3= ::Five, you okay!?::
=Gold 5= ::I got a little cooked, but I'm okay.::
=Gold 2= ::I've got an opening! I'm going for it!::
*Gold 2 spins around two Sith fighters and punches the accelerator, shooting past them and in the clear. Once he does, he punches the fighter into hyperspace, and the ship disappears in a brilliant blue flash. Meanwhile, Golds 7, 8, and 11 are shot down by Sith Fighters*
=Gold 3= ::That's it boys, get the hell outta here!::
*The fighters break off and head back to Alderaan, Gold 12 is destroyed in the process*

*A massive Republic/Jedi Fleet comes out of Hyperspace short of Alderaan. Stryka sees the massive assembled fleet around the Planet*
Republic/Jedi Fleet comprised of:
Under command of Tolaris Shim *1 Inexpugnable-class tactical command ship *5 Hammerhead-class battle cruisers
*Captain Stryka turns to me, and asks,*
“What are your orders on this mission?”
*I listen and say shortly after she asks*
“General Kaah, Knight Ketto and I will be heading down to the surface. We must help the Jedi that are on the surface.”
*Strika listens and nods.*
“Very well. We’ll keep them occupied up here.”
*I nod, and suggest,*
“Could you start launching your assault on their fleet as we head to the surface?”
*Stryka nods and says,*
“That would be a very strategic move. The ships might not notice your movement towards the Planet.”
*I bow and take leave from the Ship’s Bridge. As I leave and head to the turbolift, Stryka turns to one of her officers and says*
“Prepare for our fighters to take off as soon as Master Shim is ready to leave”
*The officer nods, and heads off to the comm-unit to pass word of the plan to the rest of the fleet. This is about the time that the turbo-lift comes up to the level, and then I enter and descend to the hangar. I walk to the ship, where General Kaah and Knight Ketto have been waiting. I say once I get into the ship.*
“They’ll start their assault with ships as soon as we are ready. That would best keep the Sith occupied and allow us to get to the surface.”
*After a moment, I sit in the co-pilot’s seat and power the ship on. When the ship is ready, I levitate it towards the exit, but keep it at the ready to punch out of the hangar. Opening the comm channel, I say to Captain Stryka*
::We’re ready to go on your mark.::
*Stryka receives the message, and turns to her officer. He nods and gives the all-ready command. She nods back and says,*
::We’re ready. Leave on my mark…Three…Two…One…GO!::
*She also gives the command to begin launching the aurek squadrons. 10 Fighters leave each of the Hammerheads, and 50 Aurek fighters leave the Inexpugnable, with more at the ready if needed. Along with this, 16 S-250 Chela-class starfighters leave the Inexpugnable. All of these ships leave bound for the Sith Fleet. The Inexpugnable and five Hammerheads gain ground on the Sith Fleet as the starfighters and Aureks close that gap much quicker.*
*Meanwhile, on Stryka’s command, I punch the throttle and push us out the Hangar and try to blend in with the star-fighters. I keep position amongst the fighters, as the blue hemisphere of Alderaan approaches on the left-face.*

Nothing the Sith fleet should be concerned with. However, its not long before as expected things get worst. A Republic Navy Fleet enters the system and begins heading towards Alderaan with malicious intent. The crew watch the ships as they seem to slowly drift across the emptiness of space towards each other.

Figures they'd show up so soon.
*Tobias grins slightly to himself. A battle to test his skills? He could feel his blood pumping. He hoped enough Jedi would arrive to make things interesting. Especially one in particular. He hadn't felt the presence in a long time, but he knew it still existed. He would have felt something otherwise.*

*Meanwhile, the fighters start a defensive stance, instead of flat out attacking the Sith Fleet. Fighting will come soon enough, so they decide to keep a sentry position while the larger hammers and inexpugnable comes into position.*

Sith Forces in orbit: - 5 Centurion-class Battlecruisers - 25 Interdictor-class Cruisers - 7 Derriphan-class Battleships - a total of 1140 Sith Fighters
*Aboard the Avenger Admiral Amanti watches as the tiny Republic fleet arrives*
"This is what they send? Barely a handful of ships to save their precious blue gem? Pathetic. Have the nearest fighter squadrons intercept those Republic fighters and have the Wolfsbane and the Sarlaac attack force engage those capital ships."
*Nearly 175 Sith Interceptors break from the spherical blockade around the planet and engage the Republic fighters. In the chaos of the combat the Republic shuttle somehow manages to slip through the lines. Meanwhile the Centurion-class Wolfsbane leads three Interdictors and two Derriphans to combat the Republic forces. Another Centurion - the Sarlaac - also brings three Interdictors and two Derriphans toward the Republic capital ships. All twelve vessels open fire on the little Republic fleet with Proton Torpedoes and turbolaser blasts. The rest of the Sith Fleet maintains the blockade around the planet*

*One of Stryka’s officers saw the numbers on the Sith fleet and ran over to Captain Stryka before saying*
“Captain. They have more ships than we have. There’s no way that we can win is battle.”
*Stryka looked at the board and said,*
“Numbers aren’t everything. We need to play smart with this. The Sith believe that they have the advantage.”
*Stryka calls out an order from her location*
“I want another 70 fighters to launch and help keep the Sith fighters busy. All fighters in the fight, strive to keep the Sith Fighters busy, while getting close to the Centurions. One focus will be taking out those Derriphan-Class battleships. They don’t carry shielding, though the armor will be heavy. Hammerheads…use your dual heavy turbolasers on those Derriphans. A standing order for all three ships. I want to fight those smaller crafts with the Point-defense cannons. Brace our ships for those Proton torpedoes. Shields on the bow. Let’s bring the fight to them!”
*The orders are passed along as they leave Stryka’s mouth. She watches as the ships follow her orders. More ships leave the Inexpugnable and the two Hammerheads begin to launch dual heavy turbolaser blasts directed at the nearest Derriphan. The Point-defense cannons begin to fire on the Sith Interceptors as they fly into range. The Inexpugnable begins to fire its double turbolaser batteries and light turbolaser batteries towards the Interdictor-class cruisers, though targeting one in particular.*

*When Lee arrives at Alderaan's orbit, he's met with a rather large and imposing Sith fleet. Lee looks out at the fleet before him, immediately recognizing one of the lead ships. That was the fist of Nadd! He remembered that ship well, having been stuck on it for as long as he was. If he was lucky, he could pull off the idea he suddenly had.*
*With Lee was his dark jedi robes he had gathered from Dantooine. He slipped into the male dark jedi robes and did his best to tap into the dark side without being consumed by it. Just enough...just enough to let it overtake some of his appearance. Lee knelt to the ground, coughing as he dug as deep as he could and fought the feeling of being taken over by it. His eyes darkened like that of racoon eyes, much like his brother Tobias and slowly a red tint was overtaking his eye color.*
*It was hard to dig so deep that it changed your appearance without keeping your identity, but he clung to what Master Vandar had said about how things would only get tougher for him and the trials he would have to face. Slowly his skin was growing paler as well.*
*Just as he felt that he was going to be completely consumed by this, he saw a face. A face that reminded him why he fought with the Jedi and why he wanted to be with the Order. He could see her face smiling now, and he would cling to it. It would latch his identity firmly so he would not be consumed by the dark side. The taint was like a cloak to him.*
*Slowly he made his way back to the control panel and hit the comm, contacting the Fist of Nadd.*
Fist of Nadd, this is apprentice Lee Katarn.
*Lee remembered that menacing scowl he use to give the crew when he walked aboard the ship with Freedon Nadd. That familiar scowl was now plastered across his face. Lee had the hood of the dark cloak drawn up and the lights to the ship dimmed. Back then, he had always wanted to look so menacing and intimidating.*
I have been contacted by Lord Freedon to join the Sith here on Alderaan.

=Lt. Shepard=
Sir. Priority message coming in. It's an old code, but still in service.
=Captain Aiden=
Interesting. Patch it through. Perhaps it is one of Lord Freedon's contacts requested to join the Sith takeover of Alderaan.
*Lt. Shepard patches the signal through, and the entire deck is surprised by what they see before them. It was an old face, but an unforgettable one.*
You! Why would our Lord request your presence? You abandoned him at Yavin! No one knew where you were! You simply vanished, and Lord Freedon gave no explanation, nor did you!
*The Captain is apparently infuriated by the image before him, calling into question why he'd be contacted here.*

*Lee growled angrily and shot back at the captain.*
Just because the dogs are not informed of the master's plans, that gives them no right to question his orders! Do you remember the last time you questioned his orders? The last time you interfered with my mission? It nearly cost you you're life. And it will cost you yours today if you do not back down, vermin. I will be there beside my Lord as he requests it. You will step back, and stop interfering in his orders. Are we understood?!
*Lee's fists clinched and his eyes seemed to grow redder while the shade around them grew darker. Just a little farther. He had to sell this.*

*The captain was initially taken aback by Lee's ferocity. But now he remembered clearly the way the man was when he was with Freedon Nadd. That scowl was all too familiar, and barking out orders like he'd rip your throat out if you didn't follow through right away.*
*He also remembered the last time he spoke out against Lee, and how severely Lord Freedon had punished him for it. He was warned if he did so again, his life would be taken from him. He now had little choice but to grant access to Alderaan for Lee, or else he'd be interfering and he'd die for it. He wasn't willing to die just because he disliked the man.*
Fine. You have clearance to the planet below, Katarn. I suggest you get there now before you get lost again.
*The captain bit back before clearing his landing with the fleet and cutting transmission.*

*Lee had no response back for the captain as he spat back at him and then abruptly cut transmission. Lee curled a lip upwards in an amused smile. He had managed to torture the poor man during his time as Freedon's personal lapdog.*
*With the transmission cut and Lee making his descent to the planet below, he recoiled and released himself from his evergrowing presence in the dark side. He collapsed to the ground on one knee again as he could feel his physical attributes returning to normal. Such a quick back and forth between such extremes had their affect on a body.*
*Lee climbed back in the pilot's seat and made his descent to the planet's surface below.*

*The Black Vapor rises from the surface of Alderaan in stealth mode. Lee pilots the ship as he looks between the viewport and the control panel. He speaks idley to Serra, but nothing conversational.*
Stealth system still engaged and holding strong. Approaching the sith fleet now. We're still undetected.
*Lee flew the ship into the blockade, weaving around the much larger ships undetected. He slowly makes his way to the Avenger.*
Approaching the Avenger. Accessing hanger bay controls remotely.
*Lee uses the command codes given to him, using one to grant him access to one of the hanger bays of the Avenger. He continues easing the ship towards the hanger.*
Entering the hanger bay now. Slowing down and preparing landing sequence.
*Lee eased the ship into the hanger and activated the landing gear. He slowly and steadily set the Black Vapor down in the hanger and killed the engine. He then opened the hatch. He looked over to Serra. This is when things really got hairy. Sneaking through an enemy ship to shut down the jamming signal so that Alderaan could call for help. It was pretty much guaranteed that they would meet resistance. Lee's only relief was that the dark lord of the sith himself was not on board.*
We make this quick and clean. I've got your back.
*If things actually did break out into a fight, Lee understood Serra's fighting style well enough. Her fighting style was quite similiar to his, using two standard single hilt lightsabers to apply the quick Ataru style of fighting. Lee had to admit he would prefer to fight next to her in a fight. In theory, they could easily predict what the other one would do and work off of it. It'd give them a good flow and a good advantage.*
*Lee stood up and spoke to Serra.*
Normally I would say ladies first, but I'll go scope things out. Make sure there's not a strike team already ready for us or whatever sith tactic they've got up their sleeve.
*Lee walked out of the hatch and took a look around. So far so good. No one waiting to blast their heads off. Lee peered into the Black Vapor and motioned for Serra to follow. Together the two would sneak out of the hanger and further into the ship.*

"Kark it all, I knew I should have dropped out sooner!"
*Darth Sjena yanks on the yoke of the Star Lancer and throttles up the primary engines. She locks onto the lead Sith vessel and heads in, making some short twists and turns to avoid starfighters, missiles, and the occasional explosion. She opens up a comm to the Avenger*
"Avenger control, this is Darth Sjena - Sub-Commander of Bandon's Wrath and the Second Fleet. Requesting docking clearance. Transmitting code now."
*She presses a button on the board and sends the codes over to the Avenger*
::Affirmative. You are cleared to land. We will drop our hangar-bay shields momentarily.::
*Sjena does not bother to respond, but keeps the channel open. She maneuvers the Star Lancer closer to the Avenger and then over to the Port Side. It looked as if the Avenger was keeping out of the direct battle. That made it a lot easier to get into the hangar. The shields around the Avenger's hangar drop for just a brief second as Sjena pilots the Lancer into the hangar and sets it down*

*As Jerex pilot's the ship past the Republic fleet, Several Sith fighters break off and attack what they perceive as a blockade runner. The shields handle the first onslaught as the fighters rocket past*
::It seems your plan isn't working. Sith hostile activities will disable the ship in under 2 minutes::
"I see that! So shut it, or signal distress to the Republic. I've got some flying to do. By the way? Do these blaster cannons work?"
::All Cannons are non-operational with the exception of the Forward Port Cannon, though tests prove it is still faulty::
"So it might fire, or it might blow up. Great. Now shut it. I've got to get these fighters off our arse."
*The Star Cab bobs and weaves back and forth causing the more agile and faster Sith Fighters to close the distance. Sensing that they're ready to blow his ship to bits, Jerex brings the ship to a full halt while the Sith Fighters scramble to avoid plowing into the ship. Now giving chase, Jerex, with much relief, fires on the fleeing fighters, all the while bearing closer and closer to the Sith Blockade Fleet and Alderaan*
*Jerex knew those fighters would race out of range and return. He was hoping the shields would recharge before they'd be able to turn around and get back. Then he could blast past them again and hopefully loose them within the Sith fleet until he could make it through the blockade and down to the surface*

*The lead Derriphan takes the brunt of the damage as the Republic fleet focuses its fire on it. Eventually the outer hull buckles and begins to crumple in on itself - ultimately to the point where the engines explode, sending flames throughout the smaller warship and crippling it completely*
*The two Centurions meanwhile take aim on the lead Inexpungible as the 6 Interdictors and 3 remaining Derriphans focus their fire on the two Republic hammerheads.*
*Aboard the Avenger Admiral Amanti watches the battle take place off in the distance, safely out of range*
"Sometimes I wonder why the Republic would bother to fight at all. They are vastly outnumbered with no hope of success."
*The fighters bob and weave around, dogfighting with the almost comparable number of Republic vessels. No side making all that much progress. One pack of six fighters begins chasing a civilian craft making a run for the blockade, but veer off dangerously close to the vessel as it comes to a halt. They circle back around as the Star Cab guns it again. Firing their primary blasters*

*Captain Stryka watched as the battle took place from the Inexpugnable. Her First-officer came to her and said,*
"Ma'am. This doesn't look like a fight we can win here."
*Stryka nods, and orders her communications officer*
"Have you tried to send word to the rest of the fleet?"
*He nodded, and said*
"Yes, Ma'am. I'll try again."
*Upon initializing the transmission, his demeanor becomes more positive as he says with a smile*
"Jamming signal is down..."
*Stryka gives him a look and the Communications officer says*
"...so I'll send word that we need reinforcements."
*Stryka smiled and said,*
"Very good."
*The Communications officer opens communication with the rest of the fleet in hopes that the fleet would be able to pass word from there.*
::First Communications Officer hailing from Alderaan. We are outnumbered and need reinforcements. Sith are here with 5 Centurions, 25 Interdictors and 6 Derriphans. Pass word to rest of fleet.::
(posted in the Command-bridge of the Exultant)
*Meanwhile, Stryka is gauging the rest of the battle. The two Centurion-class battle-cruisers are centering their fire on this ship. The 6 Interdictors and 3 Derriphan Class warships take aim on the two Hammerheads.*
"Order the Fighters to cover our retreat. We'll do our best to keep up until reinforcements arrive. Focus shields on the Sith-facing side."
*Hit upon hit strikes the ship. Inexpugnable begins to turn to the left. It takes time being so large, but once it turns, it starts to make movements towards the other side of the planet. Shields were focused on the back of the capital ship. The Hammerheads turned afterward and were hit by the 6 Interdictor-class ships. Both were hit pretty heavily, but one was struck by more and the other Hammerhead looked out its viewport as it flew behind the Inexpugnable. The crew of the other saw the struck Hammerhead begin to smoke and slow down. As it lagged behind, the Sith Forces centered on the crippled Hammerhead and soon there after, it crumpled and imploded in flame and smoke. It eventually exploded.*
*Captain Stryka closed her eyes and struck the railing and took a breath in.*
"Get us out of the near vicinity of those ships. The Interdictors have Gravity Well projectors, we shouldn't be able to leave."
*Her Officers keep up the current direction. The fighters continue to engage the Sith-fighters as many of the Republic fighters keep moving in the direction of the rest of the fleet.*

"Umm... Admiral. We're detecting a message being sent from their lead ship."
"What!? How is that possible? We've been jamming their transmission the whole time! Status of the jamming device."
*The communications officer spins his chair around to consult a secondary station, and pauses*
"Admiral... the jamming signal is... offline." *gulps* "And I'm not able to reactivate it from here."
*Admiral Amanti fumes*
"Fool! Now the entire Republic will know of our presence here! Send a team down there to repair it on the double!"
*She yells across the bridge to the tactical coordinator*
"And tell the attack force to destroy those Republic ships NOW!"
*The Centurions and Interdictors in conflict with the Republic ships increase speed and follow after the Republic's last two remaining ships. They unleash their full arsenal on the Hammerhead and lead Inexpugnable - firing lasers, proton torpedoes, and several nuclear warheads.
