Lower City
The Lower City was dominated by slums home to Taris' under-privileged classes. This was particularly true of nonhuman residents who were confined to living there by law due to the strong anti-alien bias. After the Sith's bombardment of the planet, much of the Lower City was destroyed by the collapse of the Upper City above it, however much of it survived. The Swoop Bike Gangs regained their footing and took control of the Lower City.
